We want you to be genuinely happy with your setup. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email us through our Contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send return instructions and, once your item is received and inspected, process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, certain worn items (such as glasses) can only be returned if unused and unopened. Final-sale items, if any, are marked clearly on the product page.
