Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery window

Standard delivery typically takes 8–12 business days from the date of shipment. Because our products are sourced to keep prices fair, some items travel a little farther to reach you — we'd rather set an honest expectation than overpromise.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, email us and we'll chase it down for you.
